These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nuclearhotseat.com and the content, podcast, and email newsletters we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Nuclear Hotseat, the anti-nuclear news podcast produced and hosted by Libbe HaLevy. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

You may access and enjoy the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates the law or these Terms.
Copy, republish, sell, or redistribute our content except as allowed below or with our permission.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or its systems.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Service, including episodes, audio, show notes, articles, transcripts, book excerpts, images, and the Nuclear Hotseat name and logo, is owned by Libbe HaLevy or Nuclear Hotseat, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may listen to episodes, read the show notes, and share links to the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Podcast episodes are also made available through our public RSS feed and third-party apps for your personal listening.

Newsletter and emails

When you subscribe, you consent to receive our email newsletter, including new-episode alerts and the free book excerpt. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We send email through our provider as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submissions you send us

If you contact us or send us feedback, ideas, or other material, you grant us permission to read and respond to it and, where relevant, to use non-confidential feedback to improve the Service. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
