• For the first time in the 15+ years of Nuclear Hotseat, producer/host Libbe HaLevy is the interviewee. What did Libbe do before her nuclear work and what prepared her for it? How and why did the show start? How has she kept it going every week? What inspired her to write her play Atomic Bill and the Payment Due? And what’s on the horizon for Nuclear Hotseat as it evolves into a more wide-ranging set of platforms? Libbe answers all this and more.

It celebrates both the start of Nuclear Hotseat’s 16th year and Libbe’s play, Atomic Bill and the Payment Due, receiving the Special Script Award from the International Uranium Film Festival.

• Lynda Williams is a physicist, investigative journalist, activist, and performance artist known as The Physics Chanteuse. She has performed for scientists and general audiences around the world, touring her one-woman show Atomic Cabaret most recently in the UK and Europe. Currently, she is working on analyzing and writing about NRC and DOE deregulation, a video blog/podcast called Nuke Puke, and a memoir, The Physics Bitch.
