NH #596: Nuclear Reactor Radiation Health Impact on Kids – New Baby Tooth Study – Joseph Mangano

Nuclear Reactor Radiation Health Impact on Kids – New Baby Tooth Study – Epidemiologist Joseph Mangano

Just one record from one file box from just one of 30+ boxes from the original baby tooth study of the 1950’s-60’s .

This Week’s Featured Interview:

  • Joseph Mangano is a health researcher who has served Radiation and Public Health Project (RPHP) since 1989. Mangano is author or co-author of 33 medical journal articles on radiation health, and is the author of the books Low Level Radiation and Immune System Damage: An Atomic Era Legacy (1998) and Radioactive Baby Teeth: The Cancer Link (2008). Now, he’s involved with putting together a landmark examination of the impact of reactor radiation releases on children living in the area – a study made possible by an amazing discovery of an epidemiological treasure hidden since the Cold War.

I spoke with Joseph Mangano on Monday, November 21, 2022.
